I spent the day looking for a car for my son and we ended up in Portsmouth to see a car my son found which I was not sure about. It became clear my son wanted this car at Seafront Motors but I was not so keen. I have to say I don’t think I have ever purchased a car from a garage that felt like buying a car from someone in the family. Whilst we were there we met the owner, his wife and his son, and they made my decision to purchase my sons new car a stress free process. They left us alone with the car and also invited us into the office and insisted on showing us all the paperwork for the car. They never pushed me to buy the car, in fact they told us where we could get a sandwich round the corner to have a think. On return, again they were helpful and offered various options to buy the car etc. They helped us tax and sort out insurance so we could drive the car home there and then. I have never left a review for a garage but felt I should with this one. It is reassuring to know there are still honest, family businesses especially in the second hand car market. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future. My son is very happy with his new BMW and I am happy with the whole experience. Also, there is a pub across the road. What more could you want! Thank you Seafront Motors

Seafront Motors is a small family run business which buys and sells good quality used cars. Although a small business we were extremely impressed with the personal service and attention to detail on every element of the car and the sales process. It was so nice to be treated respectfully and without any of the hassle and the time consuming sales pitch for extras which we have experienced in main dealer show rooms. Excellent service, no question left unanswered and they were more than happy for my mechanic to review the car. Had the car cleaned really well before I brought it. Lovely and polite and explained the whole process step by step.

contact with the dealer was very good and prompt, he delivered as promised and showed any points that needed making aware of, as I bought online and didnt go to the shop due to distance, car price very competitive for its age.
